If you are experiencing issues preventing you from logging in, firstly, make sure the email you entered is the one that you registered for your EducateWorkforce account. Suppose you do not enter an email address that is registered with EducateWorkforce. In that case, the site sometimes will not present the following message: “email or password incorrect,” which indicates that your email may not be registered with EducateWorkforce.
If you continue seeing this message after verifying your email address, you can select Forgot password? below the password field, this will allow you to reset your password. Then you will need to enter the email address associated with your EducateWorkforce account and press Reset my password to receive a password reset email. You will then receive an email from the following address: no-reply@registration.edx.org.
