Resetting a Learner’s ORA Attempt

To reset a learner’s attempt for an Open Response Assessment, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the specific ORA of interest in the Module Reinforcement section.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom Staff Debug Info button and click on it.
  3. A window should pop up where you can enter a learner’s username. Enter the username of the learner who you would like to reset the attempts for.
  4. Click Delete Learner’s State beneath the username box.
  5. The learner should now be able to reattempt the ORA.
This is the window that should appear; Entering the student’s username and clicking “Delete Learner’s State” will reset their ORA attempt.
