At the bottom of the Data Download page, there is a section titled Reports Available for Download. Under this subsection you will find any reports you have requested to download in this list. Clicking the link will download the report to your computer.
Below is a table with example similar to that on the instructor dashboard. Clicking a link like these will download reports to your computer.
For the CSV files below they can be opened with the Excel application.

Notice that these examples above are two different types of reports; The top one is the grade report for a specific problem. The bottom one is a general grade report. Looking at the later half of the link will provide you with the type of report that you are looking at.
The latest report that you have requested will be at the top of the list. The links go in reverse chronological order by date meaning that the most current date is at the top.
